Product Abstract:
The CK6150 series CNC horizontal lathe is characterized by high precision, large power, high rigidity, and other features. Its main components and structure have been optimized and designed, making it the preferred equipment for processing axes, discs, sleeves, special-shaped surfaces, and screw-type workpieces.- Product Description
Equipped with the GSK980TB3 CNC system and fully digital AC servo system, the X and Z axes are controlled using a semi-closed loop control.
The ball screw pair adopts C3 precision ball screw, and the electrical components are all imported or well-known domestic brands, complying with
CE or domestic 3C certification.
The machine tool is equipped with a well-known domestic brand vertical four-station CNC turret, which has high positioning accuracy, high strength,
good seismic performance.
Before leaving the factory, the machine tool undergoes strict inspection according to the inspection procedure. Each machine tool is tested for positioning
accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of the X and Z axes using a laser interferometer, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the machine tool.
Advantages of the machine tool:
1. The connecting surfaces between the headstock box, bed body, tailstock, and support plate are manually scraped and checked using a laser interferometer
to effectively ensure the positioning accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy, reverse clearance, and stability of the Z and X axes.
2. The machine tool is made of high-strength cast iron, with added copper and chromium special materials. The depth of the hardened guide rail on the bed
reaches 3mm, effectively improving the wear resistance and stability of the machine tool.
3. The machine tool adopts centralized lubrication, with the headstock box equipped with a circulating forced lubrication system, ensuring the cleanliness and
heat dissipation characteristics of the headstock box, thus effectively extending the service life of bearings and gears.
4. The main spindle of the machine tool adopts Wafangdian bearings, with a spindle through-hole diameter of φ82mm. The gears of the machine tool are precision
ground, effectively improving the gear hardness and reducing the machine tool noise.
5. The machine tool adopts pre-loaded ball screws, with the Z-axis ball screw and X-axis ball screw adopting a tension structure, thus improving the accuracy of
machining outer circles and inner holes of workpieces.
6. The machine tool is equipped with a Wenchang four-station electric turret without lifting. The cutter handle size is 25x25mm.

1. Bed:
The bed adopts a flat bed structure, resin sand casting, and high-quality cast iron materials. The guide rails are subjected to medium-frequency quenching,
grinding, and plastic cladding processes, which provide excellent wear resistance and accuracy retention.
2. Spindle Box:
The spindle structure adopts a typical front and rear double-point support structure, which provides high stiffness. The bearings are high-precision bearings
specially made by Harbin Bearing Factory, ensuring high rotational accuracy of the spindle. The main drive is a variable frequency drive; the main drive gear
pairs are treated with quenching, grinding, and hardening processes, and all transmission pairs and rolling bearings are lubricated with high-performance
hydraulic oil, providing excellent high-speed and low-temperature rise performance. The design of the spindle box fully considers heat dissipation measures
and shock absorption mechanisms, making the spindle box characterized by low noise and high transmission accuracy, with the machine tool noise not exceeding
the values specified in national standards. The machine tool is equipped with electrical overload protection devices, mechanical overload protection devices, and
emergency stop devices for controlling the rotation of the spindle. The automatic speed changing models have externally mounted automatic speed control boxes.
3. Turning Main Motion:
The spindle box is driven by a variable frequency motor through a V-belt and a speed-changing mechanism. The frequency conversion system allows for stepless
speed regulation. The power of the spindle motor is AC 7.5 kW. The main drive system has been carefully optimized and designed, featuring high transmission accuracy,
excellent power-torque characteristics, high rotation speed, smooth transmission, and a compact structure.
4. Feed Motion:
The transverse (X-axis) and longitudinal feed (Z-axis) motions are driven by servo motors, utilizing precision ball screw pairs. The X-axis ball screw has a diameter of 20mm,
and the Z-axis ball screw has a diameter of 40mm. Domestically produced high-precision ball screws are used. The slide rail is covered with anti-crawl plastic belts, which
ensure excellent positioning accuracy and repeatability.
5. Tailstock:
The design of the machine tool tailstock fully considers rigidity, load-bearing capacity, and ease of use. The tailstock is manually clamped.
6. Chuck:
The machine tool is equipped with a 250mm manual three-jaw chuck.
7. Centralized Lubrication:
A centralized lubrication system is adopted to lubricate the guide rail pairs, ball screws, and bearings. The lubrication pump has functions such as working status
and hydraulic monitoring, and the oil injection cycle can be adjusted at any time.
