The castings of this machine tool are made of resin sand castings and have undergone secondary manual aging treatment, resulting in

good stability and high strength, with precision that is stable and reliable.

The guide rails of this machine tool are subjected to ultrasonic quenching followed by precision grinding, ensuring good accuracy and

accuracy retention.

This machine tool features an enlarged saddle, enhancing the rigidity of the saddle for smoother and more powerful cutting.

The machine adopts an independent spindle structure with a through hole of φ58mm, providing good rigidity. It is optional to equip with

high-precision domestic or imported bearings, allowing for high spindle speeds.

The spindle of this machine tool undergoes dynamic balancing treatment, resulting in a noticeable improvement in component surface finish.

The chosen spindle for this machine tool and its key components have been reinforced. It uses reputable P5-grade special spindle bearings

and KLUBRNBU15 grease lubrication. After assembly in a constant temperature environment, the entire spindle must undergo computer balancing

correction and running tests, ensuring long service life and high reliability.

The X and Z-axis drive uses ball screws provided by a specialized partner, featuring P4-grade preloaded ball screw nuts. The bearings at both ends

of the ball screw are P4-grade ball screw special bearings with 60° contact angle pairing. Both axis ball screws are pre-tensioned, connected to the

feed servo motor via a flexible coupling, ensuring strong transmission rigidity and stable precision.

The machine's lubrication system adopts an automatic centralized oil supply lubrication system, ensuring that every lubricated part receives sufficient lubrication.
